Currently I am working as a Senior Service Designer at the Finnish tech consultancy Futurice. There I am part of the energy team.
I am based in Munich.
Value to teams:
I deliver insights, opportunity areas, and solution prototypes. With my holistic mindset and a usability perspective, I examine problems in order to improve or redesign products, processes, and systems. Next to research and prototyping I facilitate workshops and meetings.
That’s me:
Empathy, curiosity and passion are at the core of my personality. I identify myself as a people person and team player: Sensitive, cheerful and balanced. Always having the goal and the wider context in mind, I emphasize hands-on, focused work. I enjoy both understanding a complex context and creating powerful prototypes to communicate an idea.

My strength lies in Analyse & Concept. I enjoy to understand complex dynamics and to collect the needs of stakeholders and users. I translate findings into prototypes and test them in the field.
Double Diamond: As a designer I am very experienced switching between divergent (<) and convergent (>) thinking. I also zoom in and out when needed. From detail to the big picture and back.
I follow a hypothesis-driven approach. I use prototypes & visuals at every stage of the development process: For research & interviews, and also for concept & testing.
A prototype provokes reaction and feedback from users and stakeholders. It is the hypothesis to be validated.
From Industrial- to Service Design
My professional journey started with studying Industrial Design at the OTH Regensburg in 2017. At the TUM in Munich, I gained a very holistic and hands-on perspective on design: We helped start-ups find their corporate brand identity and align their tech-driven ideas with user needs. We conducted ethnographic research and translated the technical prototypes into usability prototypes and appealing visions to communicate their USP.
In addition to these technical topics, I explored the broader societal and environmental aspects of Circular Society at the Hans Sauer Foundation. This was a deep-dive into circular principles and social design. We conducted workshops, design research and co-creation sessions.
Looking for a more practice-oriented role I switched to an innovation consultancy. At The Deep Bench I found a passionate small team of very experienced consultants and innovation strategists. I developed my consulting expertise and deepened skills such as stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, UX design and prototyping.
Still having the major problems in mind, and knowing that all solutions for our complex challenges are connected to data and Ai, I switched to Futurice. A Finnish IT consultancy, with tech at its DNA, and 20 years of experience in digital transformation. I wanted to learn how data and Ai can be used to make supply chains more transparent and how to digitalise processes to.
Over the past years, my skills and areas of expertise have sharpened. Today I work as a designer, researcher and strategist in the transition to circular business models, green energy and improved processes.

I enjoy to be in the mountains. There is no such feeling than striving for something just for the sake of it, like climbing a summit.
Next to sports and nature I am into art and crafts. I design furniture, repair stuff, illustrate stickers and produce hand cut lino prints.
